We made them again last night and had forgotten how good they were! Here is the recipe (you don't have to be exact with these amounts): 2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and boiled for 20 minutes then mashed) 4 heaped spoons of raw cacao powder 14 dates (finely chopped) 50g almond flour 50g crushed nuts Vanilla pod A couple of spoons of maple syrup or agave syrup Coconut oil (for greasing the oven dish) Mix it all together, put the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish, and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes on 200.... done!
