Neil Beechey at Commando Fit Ibiza has literally saved my life during lockdown. He has been doing online fitness classes and yoga. 2 weeks (8 sessions total) It has been amazing and you can take part if you are anywhere in Europe (times 10am CET and 9am GMT) I highly recommend if you want to keep your Quarantine body under control!!
