What a delicious and nourishing start to a busy day here at Commando Fit Ibiza! This smoothie bowl is so simple to make and it makes a healthy alternative to our usual oatmeal breakfast bowls. The weather is so hot in Ibiza at the moment that a cool breakfast alternative is the way ahead!
Ingredients:
(for the smoothie part)
1 ripe avocado
1 banana
1 generous handful of frozen berries
1 large glass of almond milk
(for the topping)
Crushed almonds
Chopped dates
Chopped fresh strawberries
Seedless grapes, sliced
Directions:
Add the banana, avocado and berries to the blender, add the almond milk and whizz until blended to a smooth consistency, add water if the mixture is too thick.
Add the smoothie mixture to a bowl and layer on your toppings. Enjoy! :) X
